Working as Production Engineer

Perform Experiments in laboratory when required
Modify manufacturing processes and practices
Inspect raw materials and ensure that they are in accordance to specifications
Update processes to increase efficiency and capacity
Coordinate with other departments to ensure production is up to the mark
Evaluate processes and recommend cost reduction methods
Perform quality checks on production and processes
Supervising a team of Engineers and Associate Engineers
Responsible to guarantee Quality Inspection at every stage of production
Responsible for meetings with vendors
Responsible for R&D of new parts
Responsible for detecting causes of defects in castings and their remedies
Responsible for making and maintaining of reports regarding production
Responsible to held meetings to achieve targets regarding production in the company
Responsible for coordination among different departments / sections to meet the targets and improve
quality
Responsible to control the working & efficiency of cupola furnace
Working with the production teams to analyze and improve current processes and procedures
